Sloperama gives the substance: Gladys Grad, 2015, two players each playing two hands on two-tiered racks, with the concept applicable to any variant. The chart's own canonical source for the node, mahjongg.org, does not corroborate it: its archived homepage is a tournament and Master Points site that does not mention Siamese Mah Jongg. The variant is attested, but by the other source, not the cited one.
